Decided to do 5k today instead of the usual 20 minute piece. Kept rate around 25, going to 26 when I needed it. Felt like quitting after 400 meters, but kept going. Finally settled into it around 3600 meters to go. Not bad. Did while watching the all star game (fewer commercials than the Tour). Wasn't relaxed enough to really watch the game though.
